Surrounded by Live Oak Trees, its multiple levels and decks provide a perfect layout for a large family or multiple families to experience the magic of the outer banks together -- but plenty of space for a quiet read or coffee. Upper Level: Kitchen/ Dining Area / Living Room. Upper Ship’s Watch + Children’s loft. Open plan kitchen with 22’ granite bar top counter for casual dining / food buffet. Kitchen conveniences include Keurig and standard drop coffee makers, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, air-fryer, blender, chopper, beater, chef’s knives, service for 24+ and all of the pots and pans you could ever need. We provide a supply of spices, oil, coffee / tea filters / sugar / powdered creamer. We know that coffee is VERY personal - so we provide the Keurig for you to bring your FAVORITE flavors from home or pick up some in the Harris Teeter or Food Lion nearby. Filtered water available through the refrigerator. Dining: Dining table seats 8, + 5 at the kitchen counter bar and + 3 at the upper ship’s table. Outdoor dining in screened porch seats 6 - 8. Great Room: The Open plan Living Room with 50” Smart TV has new stylish coastal couches and seats 8 making it easy for the family to be together during meal prep time and later catching movies on the NetFlix account. The Ship’s Watch area is the uppermost level of the house and offers a dedicated workspace, a small dining table with chairs and a pull out queen size sofa. Adjacent is a loft area that kids love to set up as their ‘kids zone’ for games, reading and naps. Outdoor Space: In addition to indoor space, the upper level decks provide additional outdoor space including: Hot tub deck (off living room and screened in porch), dining deck with table for 4 (off dining area), ship’s watch deck (off ship’s watch with 2 adirondack chairs and a lounger). screened in the dining porch (off the living room and connected to the hot tub deck). Upper Mid Level: Includes a renovated bathroom with full sized tub and dual vanity and the bunk bed room. Bunk bed room includes 2 sets of bunk beds + a slide out trundle bed to sleep a total of 5. The 52” TV is great for morning cartoons on the NetFlix account or if you bring your favorite game system from home. Sleeping Level: The main sleeping level consists of 1 Queen size bedroom (w private deck), 1 King sized bedroom (shared deck), 1 King size bedroom with ensuite bath / shower (shared deck), 1 shared bathroom with stall shower. All bedrooms offer charging stations for your phone and technology equipment and flat panel Smart TV’s. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed, plenty of hanging and drawer storage, access to a shared deck with Adirondack chairs and a spa-like bath experience with stand-alone soaking tub, spa shower, and LED fireplace to help you melt away the stresses of beach life. . The front bedroom offers a large and wonderful sunny space with a new Tuft & Needle King size mattress, dedicated work space with chair, interesting art, plenty of storage, a 32” flat panel Smart TV and access to the shared deck with the adjacent primary bedroom. The queen bedroom is our ‘eco’ bedroom and uses a cool light green palette and nautical elements to provide a soothing start to the day. The Queen size mattress offers a great night’s rest. The room offers plenty of storage, a dedicated work space with chair, and access to the private deck that serves as this room’s outdoor lounge area with adirondack chairs and side table. The ground level provides access from the front of the home as well as from the covered carport. A washer and dryer are available for your use throughout the stay. Pool Deck: The home offers an extensive pool deck area with sun loungers, task chairs, a gas BBQ and is within easy access to house WIFI for streaming your favorite beach tunes while floating and staying cool in the home’s private pool. Pool depth varies to a depth of approx 5’. Pool open from Apr 1 to 1st weekend in Nov. Optional Pool heating is an Addl Fee of $299 per week or prorated based on days booked. Linens / Towels: We provide each registered guest a set of towels including: bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and a beach/pool/hot-tub towel. Supplies: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towel), body wash / shampoo / conditioner, make up remover cloths, dish towels, dish sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher tabs. Equipment: Additional amenities provided for your use: 8 adult beach chairs, 6+ adult beach cruiser bikes,1 - 2 boogie boards, 2 beach umbrellas, beach cooler bag, re-usable water bottles. And a pet water fountain to keep your pups hydrated throughout their stay! BBQ Grill: Poolside BBQ grill with propane provided to make sure you have family cookouts you’ll all remember. Plenty of grill tools for flipping, turning, piercing and stacking (burgers not included :) ). Entertainment: Full library of books (under dining credenza), puzzles, board games, Netflix on each TV, High Speed WIFI. Pool, Hot-Tub, Bikes. Community club house provides free access to: Larger pool, basketball court, 4 tennis courts, workout gym, children’s playground, 2 sound side piers, game room (small arcade, pool tables). Check the schedule for special club house events like turtle feeding. Club house also rents bikes, kayaks (for use on our private boat launch pier), tennis equipment, etc.

- This is a family neighborhood and we would appreciate that outside noise is reduced after 10 pm. - No parties or events permitted at the home. - Please no smoking of any kind within the home or screened in porches.

Tennis / Gym / Basketball Courts / Playground. Clubhouse is 2 minutes by bike and available Mar 1 to Dec 16. 2 Soundside piers are 3 mins by foot for great sunsets! Ocean beach is 10 - 15 min walk (based on your speed), 5 mins by bike or 1 min by car. There is usually plenty of parking at the beach. Tim Buk II with its 90 shops and restaurants and amusements is 2 min drive (Apr to Oct). Pool will be open from 5/1 - 10/15. The hot tub is open year-round. The club house pool is open Mid May to Late September depending on weather temps. All flooring in the home is luxury plank vinyl which allows us to mop all surfaces prior to all guest arrivals and makes it easier for spills from children or pets. The staircase within the home is carpeted for safety reasons to provide some cushion for our kids and keeps pups paws from slipping too!
