Matt was an amazing host always available and ready to help with any questions. The place itself is truly impeccable! Everything is so organized and clearly labeled that you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. The shower was wonderfully hot, and my husband even tried the spa sauna for a bit, haha. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the electric fireplace keeps the whole apartment cozy and warm. You can easily walk to the Beech Mountain ski resort, and there’s convenient parking on-site. It’s also a great spot for pets there’s space outside for them to do their business, which was super helpful. We loved our stay so much and will definitely be back. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway and will absolutely book Matt’s listing again in the future. It is such a lovely space - beautifully decorated with all of the amenities available and organized that one might need. Matt is proactive and quick in communication which added an element of ease to our trip. A must stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Beech Mountain! The location was perfect. It was close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. The view was beautiful and made for a great spot to relax. One of my favorite features was the steam shower. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail of this stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The space itself was beautifully designed—perfectly sized for two people, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials (and then some). One of our favorite features was the steam room in the shower, which felt like such a luxurious touch after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful area yet just a short drive to several nearby attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the comfort of the space to the genuine hospitality of the host. If you’re planning a trip to Beech Mountain, this is absolutely the place to stay. Highly recommend!

We have made Shannon’s tree house our home away from home! Everything about it is warm and inviting! We go off season and there is always something to do! Riding on the beach riding the bikes that Matt has available soaking in the hot tub! Our last stay we used the heated pool in may and it was wonderful! We only visited for 3 days this time! 7 1/2 hr drive and we’ll worth it! Our pips luv it too, pet friendly very accommodating!!! Thank you Matt for giving us a place to relax and unwind!!! We left a pet gate there during our last stay and it was still there! We left it there,1 less thing to bring when we come back!!! Matt does provide pet gates as well!!!can’t wait to book our next stay🥰🥰

We were very pleased with Matt’s Condo. It was very clean not hard to find at all, had good views. We did not have great weather but that was fine we were able to watch movies & tv there is an extensive selection of movies & tv shows. Matt was very responsive to ANY questions no matter how small we felt right at home could not have had a better experience. Was easy to navigate around town too & not too far away from places to eat. Would stay again if in the area.

Both my partner & I agree that this is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in. The communication Matt provided was proactive & made our check-in extremely smooth. Aside from the view from the back porch being absolutely stunning to wake up to every morning, the apartment itself was wonderfully intuitive in the way it is curated to ensure all of your needs are met. Everything was labeled which made finding items in the cabinets a breeze & there was any appliance you think you might need on hand. We loved the steam shower, the fireplace, the heater in the bathroom. Our stay was so comfortable & cozy which made relaxing so very easy knowing all of these little touches were so thoughtfully put into place for guests. The area itself is lovely; it's close to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding, there are cute little shops & restaurants all around & in neighboring towns. And we loved just driving around catching the views from all over the mountain. Highly recommend!!

This was our first family gathering as a blended family and the house was fantastic! A lot of room, large kitchen, loved the many porches. Beautiful decorated. Especially nice to have own hot tub and pool. Would highly recommend this place 👍😊

After a previous host cancelled our reservation without notice and left us scrambling days before coming into town for a wedding, we came across Shannon’s Treehouse. It was a blessing in disguise to end up there. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed and more! We were so sad we were able to stay longer at this wonderful place! Highly recommend for your next vacation! Matt is a phenomenal host, he was 10 steps ahead of everything we needed at all times

Beautiful home. So many amenities. Filtered water and an ice machine that kept up with 5 adults who are heavy water drinkers! So many private decks/porches. Heated pool and hot tub were awesome. A fireplace in the master bathroom with a soaking tub!! Comfort height toilets. A large washer/dryer to clean a family of five's beach, pool, shower towels in a single load! Beautiful large refrigerator/freezer. Lots of games to play. Pet friendly. The screened in porch was my absolute favorite part. Matt is so very responsive. Beautiful quality beach towels provided. Everything you need - paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo, soap, conditioner dispensers in the bathrooms. It is a wonderful neighborhood too. A great place to go for walks. Right near grocery stores, restaurants, anything you need. Matt answered every question usually within a few minutes. I would stay at any of his properties.
